• Entire condo walk through

• Pick up of flyers, etc at entrance door

• Check refrigerator, freezer temps & settings

• Check electrical panel for tripped breakers

• Check appliances are functioning

• Water Plants

• Start cars

• Monitor / coordinate service worker repairs in unit
